Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality smart home cleaning products (such as window cleaning robots, pool cleaning robots, and other home cleaning devices). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day "no-questions-asked" return period, effective from the date your item is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item without a return request being initiated, we will be unable to process a return or refund for you.

2. Conditions for Returns
Given the specific nature and hygiene requirements of home cleaning products, your item must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

Brand New and Unused: The item must remain in the same brand-new condition as when you received it, free from any signs of wear, water stains, or usage.

Original Packaging Intact: The item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging and include all original accessories, power adapters, instruction manuals, and warranty cards.

Consumables Restriction: Any cleaning consumables that have been opened or used (such as cleaning fluids, disposable cloths, filter screens, etc.) are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: You are required to provide your order number or purchase receipt.

3. Special Note on Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns & Refunds
If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method when placing your order, please note: Since our logistics carriers are unable to refund cash directly to you, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer to a designated bank account of your choice. Our customer service team will contact you via our official email address to collect the necessary bank account details for the refund, once we have confirmed receipt of the returned package and verified its condition.

4. Promotional & Discounted Items
If you purchased an item that received a significant discount (e.g., 50% off) or was purchased during a product launch promotional period, the refund amount will be strictly based on the actual price you paid, rather than the item's original list price. 5. Return Process
Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team via email (uninatbu2@gmail.com), providing your order number and the reason for your return.

Obtain an RMA Number and Return Address: Once our customer service team has reviewed and approved your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific address of our return warehouse. Please Note: Do not return packages to our company's registered business address without first obtaining an RMA number; otherwise, we will be unable to process your refund.

Ship the Package: Please pack the items securely, clearly mark your RMA number on the exterior of the package, and ship it to the designated return center. Please also provide us with the return tracking number.

6. Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected your returned package, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Prepaid orders will be automatically refunded to your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal).

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be refunded to the bank account you provide. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your issuing bank or payment institution.

7. Shipping Costs
Returns for Non-Quality Issues: If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model), you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The original shipping fees paid for the order will not be refunded.

Returns for Quality Issues or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund (covering both the full cost of the item and the original shipping fees).
